Saw a kit at Academy sports today on the clearance rack, for training dogs to find antler sheds. A large plastic antler, and a squeeze bottle of some kind of crap to spritz on it.
Every kid needs a Dog and a Curmudgeon.
Remember Bowe Bergdahl, the traitor.
Beware! Jill Pudlewski, Ron Oates and Keven Begesse are liars and thiefs!

I gave my pup a few sheds from this spring and he's been chewing on them all summer. I would think by next spring he won't have any problems finding them.
Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

I also play catch with him and toss them into the taller grass for him to find. He's only 7 months old but showing good potential. Won't find out till next spring I guess.

My dog chews on real antler sections, they last a lot longer than rawhide chews. Jim
Money cannot buy you happiness, but it can buy you a trapping license and that's pretty close.

I used a rubber antler and some horn wax to train my German shorthaired pointer and it worked great, the guy I bought him from told me sometimes when they are young and use real antlers that they'll get poked or hurt and it'll cause them to not want to mess with them, by the time he was 6 mths I switched to real antlers
