I have a 1968 Chevelle that I have had for 5 years which I have worked on restoring that is Beautiful with a Barsolonal Red Body, That really turns heads with the 454 CI Sound. I'm sorry , don't know how to show a Picture on Trapperman.

I like the looks of all of them but you guys are way to fast for me. My first car was a 67 Fairlane. Looked real nice. Shackled up with new set of retreads and used Crager mags with a 289 under the hood.

First car after getting a real job was a 79 Trans Am. Was still slow as it came with a 301.

I had a 67 GTO with the 400 and Hurst shifter in Plum Metallic color. Sure wish I still had it, lots of good memories with that car.

And AC too.

AC was VERY RARE in my neck of the woods, of all the old Pontiacs I owned only one that had AC, bought it cause it had lots of rare options making it a great car to part out.

Pontiacs, as mentioned were a step up from chevies, lots of plane jane chevies around back in the day. All the farmers bought them cause they were cheap.

I had a 67 Tempest and a 67 LeMans Too.
Bought both of them to part out.
The LeMans was optioned nicely, 326, 4 speed, console, rally gages, posi, Red with Black interior. Lots of desirable parts on that one.

One of the neatest things about '60's cars was the absolute amount of options available. New Vehicles now days have a fraction of the options available back in the day.
You could option out the same car to be a luxury sled to a stripped out race car if wanted too.
Things that are common today were options, backup lights, rear view mirrors, radios, power brakes etc etc etc.

Boss that's one sweet vette. I've always wanted a vette from the 60's especially a stingray.

My uncle (dads brother) had a chevelle SS with his and her tranny parked in his yard for years. My dad would always offer him good money for it he wouldn't sell it to anyone. One day some guy buys it for $500.

My mom's brother had a fairline parked for years he refused to sell it even if offered several thousands one day I got home from school he had sold it for $500. My brother was heart broken

That 302 I$ very rare, and underrated. Shorter stroke of 283 crank with 4" bore. Quick RPMs.
Tell him don't scatter it like most did the first two years of production.

I wish we all still had all of them, but who could afford that.

I had a ford,,, once.

The Z302 Camaro was garage kept since the mid 70's He did not beat it and now it has classic tags on it so it gets used a few times a years To add to it he has a 1975 Blue Honda 750 motorcycle in running order . That would give the Camaro a run for it's money in the 1970's .Those 750 Hondas had a lot of get up and go in them .I know and I am lucky to be alive to tell about it

I have one those old blue Hondas here in nice original condition, but it is a smaller cc.

The 302 was made 3 years, 67 the first , only 500 some. I think half of those cars wrecked in first year.
The engine Id code is DZ. I had a 69 but not Z.
I made money on all those old muscle cars. Unlike today we lose on them all lol.

Old friend had a 70 bird I wrenched a lot on. Fun times.
Nobody mentioned the rocket engines.

Yes nothing like paying$ 45,000 for a truck that is now worth $15000 less a year later My 2 older brothers had so many muscle cars I do not remember them all .A 65 Plymouth Sports Fury with I forget the engine followed by a similar 66 and 67 model .Other brother had a 68oChevy. Chevelle with a 396 and another with a 427 .Do not remember the years but one was blue and white and the other was green and white .Also one was a convertible He also had a red 442 Olds plus several other cars . They both owned more cars in the 10 years from age 16 to 26 than I had in my entire driving career. As for the 750 Honda ,zero to 100 was easy .If you wanted to go faster you needed a longer piece of highway .I knew were they where . By the way lots of very nice cars show here I enjoyed all the pictures
