I first want to say I hope she beats it as it has done a lot of damage to all of us. But she has cancer again and I guess my question is with her age and fighting this disease again do you like me think it is time for her to step aside?

She did not before and she will not this time.

I expect she'll try to hang in there until the next election.

With all her continuing health issues, Judge Ginsburg is clearly incapable of doing the job she is sworn to and being paid to do. She owes it to the American public to retire. The fact that she has not retired, shows her as clearly partisan.

I highly doubt she will resign before the election. She hates Trump and conservatism to much. She will be hoping for a liberal president. Had Hitlery won, she would have been gone by now. The old bird has to much hate and is too bitter to give it up. If Trump wins reelection, I don't think she will have much choice but to quit or maybe she will die in office by then.

Regardless of the party she represents or how she views the law. Why would anyone work as long as she has with the health problems she has had. She is one greedy SOB or she truly loves her job or she can't afford to stop working. LOL I don't think she can force herself to give up her high profile job and status.

She likely feels she is the only one that can do that job. LOL When she is dead there will be someone that will do her job better and she will not be missed. She doesn't feel she can be replaced. Work till you drop girl!
