By the looks of that wall I’m guessing you don’t skin much LOL, I hang clear plastic up on the walls during the season and a tarp on the floor.

It does bog a little around the shoulders on a mature coyote. I will make a few hits with a ball peen in the arm pit area and give the hide a good tug with my weight, then use a piece of broom stick to pop the front legs free. peels to the nose fine after that. It peels coon like a banana though. Probably not for the high volume coyote guy , but still gets the job done. Have you given thought to using pulley system to take strain off your drill?

Anything to make skinning easier, especially coyotes. Nothing worse to skin than a cold coyote. It looks great, nice job.
I don't care how nice the hand soap smells, you should never walk out of the restroom sniffing your fingers.

Ok if you get a hide that is tough doesn't that torque your wrist. Looks like a trip to urgent care and a wrist brace for 4 weeks to me......... Not an issue, if you look at the pictures the drill fits between the wall to the back and a block of 2x4 to the front. This prevents the drill from spinning/torqueing at all. In fact, when I use it I just use my finger on the handle and thumb to squeeze the trigger, like pinching. I plan to add a block to the back so I can just push the trigger with one finger, just like pressing a button. My 13 year old daughter used it a lot and she had no issues, and loves it.

What kind of anchoring system you have on the floor? It's a 1/2"x20 female threaded insert. Forgot what they call it. You drill a 5/8" hole in the concrete drop in the insert and use a punch like tool to set it. It spreads the petals out to grip/anchor it in the concrete. I believe it's rated for 1,200 lbs. or 1,400 lbs. The base is square tube steel with vice grip ( with rebar clamps) welded on each end. Basically the standard skinning mach, base you see on other machines. I have a female threaded insert anchored flush in the concrete floor that holds the base and allows it to turn 360* . I'm currently redoing the base, make one for coon and one for coyote, so coon head will be at eye level when skinning and one low to the floor for the longer coyotes and otters. I can post a pic of the old set up if that would help.
