160, I checked and there's a note that you violated Rule#8. Get with Wheelers, as he's the Trap Shed sheriff. The same note for you dude. I am not doubting you or Dave but I haven’t bought or sold anything on here in well over a year. I will get with Dave. At least the mystery is solved. Usually it's caused by posting a reply to a post on there. A lot of the time the reply is asking a question about the item that's for sale, or just a comment about it. The only way you can communicate is via PMs.

I went to make a new post on the Trap Shed and there is no "New Thread" tab. Am I doing something wrong or am I locked out or something? Thank you for posting your comment. I too am missing the "Magic Button" . I know I screwed up on my very first post. I know better now.... Thanks for all who posted information regarding cause of "Button Revocation".

Seems like there are multiple offenders. Are we sure there isn’t a hiccup in the system or something?
I have nothing clever to put here.

Doubt there is a hiccup. I noticed several violations of Rule # 8 on the thread selling on of Kirk De Calb's books.
No, I did NOT hit the notify button. Big Dave does a fine job of running that forum.

Yeah one of my past times when it's slow in this forum is to go to the trap shed and see how many rule 8 violations I can find in the first 2 pages.

I paid in advance today with Wheelers at the WTA Convention. Bought a large amount at the Minnesota Traplines Product table and told him to keep the change instead of counting out pennies and dimes!! Figure he will let me slide if I mess up! Chris

Apparently an offender is not notified they are locked out. I would think it would be common courtesy to let them know.
I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Ever consider putting a limit on how many posts a guy can have selling stuff? Handful of guys use the place like their own storefront, this ain't ebay. Yepper, the limit is three active posts. 10. You are limited to three threads at any one time for selling/trading/buying items. All posts older than 1 month with no activity will be locked

Seems like a lot of people are locked out that didn’t even know about it. I think this is one example where safety in numbers won't help you.
I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....
