I agree and there is more to reality than city folks -- I try not to go to the city and screw with you or your corrupt ways -- do not tell me that the city knows best how to regulate the rural community -- take care of your city problems without changing how the rural works.

If the maniacal leftists were ever successful in winning the presidency, super majority in congress, and a majority in the Supreme Court, and then tried to dismantle the Constitution, they would soon be reminded of the true meaning of Paper Tiger.

When the American dollar collapses because of the unrestrained deficit spending by both sides and the gimmicks used by the Federal Reserve to maintain the status quo is when things will get western.

A whole lot of people will die and things will be very bad for a while. A decade or so later later things will improve and become good again, until the cycle repeats yet again, ad infinitum.

All societies fall because eventually non productive people overwhelm productive people. We should be kind and helpful, to each other, but not help the wrong people procreate. Kindness without thought has always led to the downfall of every great human society and most of the suffering the human race has ever experienced.

You've got three choices....
1. Complain online about how everything sucks and everything keeps getting worse.
2.Get out and be active and make a case for your beliefs, get involved in politics, try to effect a change for the better.
3. Quietly start collecting guns, ammo, food, water, and skills for the next civil war.

Been doing # 3 most of my life. I'm not anticipating a civil war, I just like to be prepared and as self-sufficient as possible. I don't rely on the government for anything, never have.

I think that's true for many on this site.

Why stock guns and ammo for a civil war when you can save your money and then IF the Dems actually take over you can move to another country and live easy because your money will be worth even more. I'm thinking South America for some awesome fishing.

If the democrats do half of what they propose this country will be a living nightmare. If you think we will get our country back in ten years you better think again. The democrats are trying to set up a situation where you will never again be able to vote a republican in office again. That is why they want to allow illegals to vote, repeal the Electoral College and have more than nine justices on the Supreme Court (all liberal appointed) .

Our guns will be gone, not just assault rifles. Our trapping rights will be gone as well as fishing.

This could not be anymore grave than if we were attacked by a foreign power.

Just like H2ORat said look back at the Roman Empire. Decaying within. No foreign power will wreck us. Once the socialist take over its over and the people that voted them in will eventually say “what happened” and be so puzzled they didn’t even realize they helped create the problem.
