camels .18 cents a pack......my dad told me he quit when they hit .35 cents....too expensive...what year would that be?

The sad part is fur was worth about the same amount as it is today and that's not a joke or an exaggeration.

35 cents a pack. Viet Nam era late sixties early 70's I'm guessing. in 74 we were paying 45 cents for a pack of camels or chesterfields.

I have a envelope from 68 that says this was in Gpa's pocket when he died, it included a pack of Camel's, not sure how much they cost.

I think my dads Pall Mall were .35 a pack in the mid-late 70s?
