Cougarw OP trapper Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 615 Nebraska	Does anyone know where I can get a set of replica antlers made..I will send them mine so they can make a mold and get an exact duplicate made. I've only found 2 places so far and the price was a little higher than I expexted. I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Taximan trapper Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 5,459 Montana	I haven't kept up with who is doing it but you may find someone on taxinet.In the upper right hand corner is a link to taxidermists and you can search by state.If someone does repros chances are,the business name will reflect that. I can tell you, it is a very labor intensive process and it will be expensive if the person is good and reputable.The exception would be if the client has a really special ,record book rack and an agreement to allow the maker to sell copies,could be reached. Good luck with it.

Still need a 3D scanner and an engineer/software to translate the point cloud and make it usable. Its going to be expensive, in the thousands, no matter what. Most of the better ones are too busy to bother taking free work.

This is only a 51" moose that we got on a buddy permit and we'd both like to have the antlers. Not a trophy by any means, but the only one we'll get. I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
