So, any Sushi connoisseurs here? Heading out in a bit to indulge a bit. I am a big fan of sushi rolls with salmon, tuna, eel sauce, etc.. Love that stuff an, believe it or not, St. Cloud, MN has one of the best sushi joints I have been in.

Can't help you there as I make my own. It would be rude not to, given that my sushi has to calm down a bit to stay on the rice, its that fresh.

My wife makes sushi regularly, but every now and then I take her out so she can see what the pros are doing.

Jim How does she stack up? Sushi seems to be pretty straightforward.

Good stuff! I used to have a buddy that worked at a fish market and was also a chef. He would make huge platters of it. I miss those days.

River Birch, that is American-style sushi. But it looks delicious regardless.

We enjoy sushi and often make our own with fresh fish we catch. Tuna is my favorite. Wahoo is delicious and has a nice texture. My wife’s favorite is salmon. My son eats just about anything.

Jim Yes Jim I agree.... I usually order from the "sashimi" menu it's without all the rice... I think sushi is fish on rice?
