Hes had legal problems after but nothing that would prohibit him.

I have an acquaintance who is a lawyer, he specializes in 2A cases, it’s all he does.

I knew a guy that could not own a gunbecause he stole a case of beer when he was much younger. It was a felony but really had nothing to do with being dangerous in anyway

It takes alot now to be denied a gun around here, it's just that people like to whine more.

A little time and money could fix that. He could petition the court to have that expunged as well as a few other options out there.

Instead of nics why not just ban recreational drugs. a lot of gun crime is related to the drug trade. preventing people from buying drugs makes more sense to me

If someone is too dangerous to have their right to be armed recognized, shouldn't they be in prison or a mental hospital?

Yep, saw that White. Not sure what they ate looking at but know Trump said he'd veto the background check Bill they have now. McConnell said everything is on hold.
Schumer isn't happy, so that's a good sign!

I read an interview (yesterday)Trump did with Ed Henry and Henry asked him what he would sign and what he wants.

Trump didn't say what they are "looking at" but hinted at mental people and youth criminal history not being in current background checks. Time will tell if his statement that he's for the second amendment and won't sign a bill that will infringe on it is true.
