Called a Nitro but I'm sure they are the same as other forage ones?

Had perfect conditions this year.
Got one heck of a crop of nice bucks showing up smile

swampgas chili and schmidt beer makes for a deadly combo

You have to remember that 1 out of 3 Democratic Voters is just as dumb as the other two.

Thanks. I have access to several pounds of regular red garden radish seeds, didn’t know if they would trip their trigger or not.

Glad to hear it’s already working for ya already!

Looks great. I was just thinking yesterday while chopping milo about making a post on food plots. We cut 3,000 acres of corn and 3,000 acres of wheat per year. In the 500 acres of milo I chop ever year. I see more birds, coons, deer, skunks, coyotes, etc... in the 500 of milo than I see in 6000 of wheat and corn year after year. Just a thought

Kaup seed in Norfolk sells groundhog radish and purple top turnip that looks exactly the same, plant by first week of july to get best results. Round up the plot then broadcast seed, no need to till.

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Looks like killing frost coming so I imagine growing season is done.
Picked these today. Because of the rain/ mud, this plot is the only one I can drive to.

You ever plant sugar beets. ???

I never had them even look at plain turnips here. Not even the tops. But the rape and brassicas they love. Try a strip of red ear clover in the middle of one and notice your cam pics next year. They pound it hard here. If they even let it grow up !!!!!

Yep my bad .. Rape and Kale . It's a mix I get from tractor supply. If I just throw out turnips they avoid them like the plague...... My father in law loved em tho

Imperial whitetail clover and chickory blend works great for me they love the clover blend the best but the chickory a close second and the chickory is as drought tolerant as it comes and all is perennial... just spray some arrest if the grass tries a comeback then the clover will choke the competition when wet and the chickory stands in a drought offering goodies... every where is different but do a soil test and follow the guidelines I put down 3 tons of lime and 200 lb specific blend fert per acre.... Deer heaven. Rape and turnip blend was a far distant 2nd planted adjacent most actually got to where it was going to seed and the root balls rotted... I'm sticking w/ the blend...It's mostly fertilized w/ deer manure now.... Beautiful stuff! Was going to add a quick picture but didn't want to spook the 4 deer feasting just now...
