Sorry for your loss, it is always difficult to lose a companion.
I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.

It is a hard thing to lose a dog .At some point they know your life better than you do. I am at retirement age and I have a progressive disease I have two dogs .One is 3 years old and the other one is just 8 months old . If I have one wish left ,it would be that both of them are still here when I am not

Sorry for your loss its tough. I lost my dog and about a week later my lap cat last month. I'm just now kinda back to normal. There was a lot of things that were just about habit that we went through everyday. J

I feel your pain. We just put ours down Wednesday night and that is rough.
I have nothing clever to put here.

Sorry for your loss Mark. I'm glad I got to meet your companion this summer. Losing a dog sucks, especially one that had as long a run as yours did.
Eh...wot?

Feeling for you young man. It's hard to let go of a good dog or a good horse.
Sit on your horse on top of a ridge, look out across the country and tell me there is no God.
