Nice pictures! Best eating game animal, bar none.
Had venison meat loaf for supper last night. It was good, but ruffed grouse is better.


The difference between animals and humans is that animals would never let the dumbest ones lead the pack.

Must be more up in your area. With all the time we spent in the bigger woods baiting and hunting bear we didn't see to many. Even here around home they look to be a little thin also. Might have to take a trip. I like the old .410's grew up hunting with an old HnR. Shot a few grouse and my first few ducks with that gun. Yep I even grab it now to go out behind the house to check for birds.
