krispcritter OP Unregistered K	My daughter is home from college for her birthday this weekend. Requested Smoked Brisket, mashed taters and Tiramisu instead of a traditional cake. Wife got the cake done at restaurant yesterday. MY JOB....the smoker. 10# brisket, oak whiskey barrel pucks, "special" dry rub and lots of time. We should be eating around 6:30. Going to be epic.
