I have a pot of wax that has been sitting, uncovered, in my garage for a few years. Last time I used it I didn’t have any problems with digging. Would you use it? Does wax absorb airborne odors?

Yes on the odors I wax just before the season starts because of that. I'd boil it with some clean water and let the junk fall to the bottom and that should refresh the wax. I'd leave a piece of wire in it when it cooled to remove it from the pot easier. Give it a sniff and see what you think.

Thanks Law Dog, I will give that a try. I have new wax on the way but I hate to throw out a big pot full if it could still be used.
