Usually we have one by now but I would say In
Maybe 2 weeks. Problem with turnips and radishes
Is that they are now all turning yellow from so much rain
So I’m guessing they will only eat the bulbs once it freezes
Since all the greens turned yellow

Just an FYI for future years. RoundUp rarely works on broadleaf weeds anymore. About all it's good for is controlling grasses. Most farmers (myself included) have had to revert back to using other chemistry to control broadleaf weeds in both corn and soybeans. RoundUp is simply part of a tank mix now to control grasses in fields. It's not a rate issue or speed issue, it's a plant adaption issue. Most broadleaf weeds have become resistant to RU. It's like spraying them with water. The downside for food plot guys, is that most of these other herbicides are restricted use and require a license and training to purchase and apply. But if you know a guy......

Way, way too much natural food for bear, deer etc. to be eating yet and their digestive systems have evolved to utilize the browse very well. The plot will be valuable later for the deer.
