Saw where 6 guys from West Virginia got busted for 99 walleye over the limit in Ashtabula, Oh.
Fines were $9360.00 and loss of license for 3 years.

Yes everything was donated. They would go out and catch there limit then go back out and do it again.
They must have thought they were clever because they used different boat ramps. Report said they even transferred fish from boat to boat on the lake!
