Check it out yourself, read the Red Flag Law and see if you feel it is constitutional, also read the 2nd amendment.

This goes beyond the second amendment and cuts right to the heart of due process. You are supposed to have a presumption of innocence, red flag laws assume you are guilty and remove a right then force you to prove you are not guilty to re aquire that right.
Red flag laws give additional power to judges and then we are supposed to let judges decide if they will relinquish that power when red flag laws are challenged.

Additionally, how much resistance have we heard about from law enforcement when it comes to enforcing these orders? 5 a day in Florida alone and I have yet to hear of a cop quitting or refusing to carry out these orders which defy the Constitution. Anyone banking on law enforcement or the military to uphold their oath to the Constitution in order to save our rights I feel is going to be disappointed.

Exactly, violation of the fourth amendment and they use whatever is said (first amendment) or who you associate with (also first amendment) to justify stripping your second amendment. Not to mention the total inequality violation of the fourteenth.
Just run the Constitution through the shredder and be done with it.

I know you like to run your mouth about what you don't know a lot about often, but think back when they tried that in Washington State and other States out West and what happened and the Sheriff that would deputize everyone in the County to stand against the BLM but nice try! Just because your not hearing it does not mean it's not going on.

Florida alone is serving 5 a day. I have not found one story of law enforcement refusing to serve a red flag gun confiscation though there are some rural sheriffs who said they would refuse to serve them. Police in Maryland shot and killed a guy who refused to turn in his guns during a confiscation. I hardly think pointing this out is "running your mouth". The reality of the situation is that very few will bite the hand the feeds them.
