Hey guys, due to our wet year, many fields did not get planted. Many of the fields I’ve trapped in past years that had crop changes, intersections, edges, etc. are now just bare dirt or are full of weeds. Do these have any less value for k9 trapping now that there’s no crops? I’m assuming that they will have less hunting opportunities in these fields, and as a result might not run them as much. most of these are very rough as they were tilled and just left to sit. Does anybody have any experience trapping places like this? Thanks

I would focus on any of these fields with a waterway or grass road going through and skip the rest . No grain, no feed , no mice, probably no coyotes !
