I fried 4 chicken thighs in lard, in a wok, until they were golden brown. I poured Frank's Hot Sauce on them and cooked them a little longer. I dumped on some white rice Diane made a few days ago, to absorb the lard, chicken fat and Frank's. I cooked it until it all merged nicely together. It was good.

I shot a few pheasants at a nearby preserve yesterday, so it's oven fried pheasant breast and baked sweet potatoes tonight.
