For those of you who buy and store bulk ammo how do you store it?

I store ammo in a locked closet that is dry and not humid.

Military surplus ammo cans. They work pretty well for that. Whoda thunkit? grin

I use those but also throw in a silica jell packet.

poly or metal ammo cans with a good gasket in a climate controlled space.

still shooting 30 year old 30-06 and you would never know the boxes don't even fade

A lot of my ammo is stored in a disassembled state. Powder in screw top jugs, primers in tupperware tubs in their selves....... well ya get the drift wink

I do that as well, was cleaning out some of my Ma’s stuff after she died and found an old ammo can in one of the sheds that had several boxes worth of shells mostly 20 gauge and 410 but also a lot of mixed 22 Short, long and long rifle all of it shot just fine and considering my dad died in 72 and that ammo was even older the shot shells at least were from the 50s and it was not stored under the best of conditions I was surprised that there was not one single misfire

Those surplus ammo cans work

The container that powder comes in is good enough for a decade or more.

Modern ammo with non-corrosive primers will keep indefinitely when kept cool/dry.

If kept dry, several times that. I just got an 8 lb. can of 4756, unopened, in a deal that works just fine, and it is at least 25 years old. I also have several pounds of Alcan powders that are that old.
It's pretty easy to find surplus military ammo that is well over 75 years old and still fires.
