RV6 OP trapper R Joined: Sep 2016 Posts: 190 Sullivan, Ohio	Which critters in Ohio are capable of digging up yellow jackets nests? I came across a destroyed nest today. The hole was about as big as a basketball. Quite a few dead. Comb scattered around. No tracks or scat.

J.Morse trapper J Joined: May 2013 Posts: 5,109 Northern Michigan	My guess is the same as most.....skunk. How about this one...I had a good sized Bald Faced Hornet nest in a maple in my back yard. It was about 81/2 feet off the ground and near the end of a long whippy limb. Sometime in the last week something tore it all to pieces and ate all the eggs/larvae. That would be one mighty tall skunk!
