ATA members please read through the proposals and send emails to all the board members on your stance. I was hoping to have them create a survey monkey or something like that where it would be very easy for our voices to be heard, but was told we need to email the directors.

I would appreciate if everyone could contact them specifically about proposal 18, the bird wing proposal. The ATA has previously not taken a stance on on two proposals which led to the ban of using an entire bird wing. Proposal 18 if passed would allow it again. Please take a minute to send the directors an email. If you're and ATA member and don't have their email addresses, message me and I can get them to you.

this time a proposal was put in to ALLOW bird wings to still be used, since they are currently illegal to use.

Fish a couple questions. Refresh my memory they took wings and backs of geese swan and cranes away but not grouse and ducks correct? Also this proposal is written only for Unit 18 so if we comment in favor of and we are in other units we should mention that this should be statewide not just unit 18 at least IMO

I will encourage our local committee to suggest it be statewide.

Yes I would push for statewide, and this is for geese swans and cranes, we can still use the others as long as they were harvested in the fall, not the spring. Birds harvested in the spring you have to keep everything.
