I have had good luck on coyotes using lures labeled for wolf. I know of hawbakers coyote&wolf 100, andy weisers wolf and i think one other i cant remember the name of. Anyone know of any more lures marketed toward wolves? I would like to try one or two new lures this season.

Are you going to be trapping in wolf range?

No wolves in alabama or probably several hundred miles from here. But like i said I tried some "wolf" lure before and it really catches the coyotes for me. At least for the couple ive tried. Im a huge fan of the hawbakers C&W 100 and was given an ounce of weisers wolf lure and those two have performed well on coyotes in flat sets and dirtholes.

Sterling fur sells Big Sky lures which are mostly Bill Nelson recipe lures, some of which were formulated for wolf but also work for coyotes.Keg Creek also makes some of the Nelson recipe lures.
