This. MN DNR is having outer first season on them next year now that there are enough of them. Southwestern part of the state. You have to put in for the lottery earlier than normal because it's going to be an earlier season. Shooting or trapping, same tag if drawn. Osky

It looks to me like a young but mature coyote. The rodent is much larger possibly due to photo-shopping the picture or it could simply be because the rodent is that much closer to the camera lens making it appear much larger than it really is. Similar to holding a small fish out at arms length closer to the camera lens with the fisherman in the background that makes the fish look much larger.
