Everything on their website is ranch and farm fur. Not a single mention of wild fur, even in their news release about "partnering" with NAFA.

For a number of years, ending in March of this year, FHA sold their wild fur collection in conjunction with SAGA in Helsinki.

Once again the voice of reason. I would think that SAGA would violate the FHA marketing agreement if they took over NAFA's wild fur business, they don't have graders trained for North American wild fur either, although a good grader would catch on quickly. This in my opinion might serve to tighten up the grading and sectioning of wild fur. Let's hear some qualified opinions about this.

I think what we really need is a bit of transparency and honesty in the statements NAFA is making, rather than the politician-style of answering questions in such a vague way nobody knows what to think and conclusions are that much easier to jump to.

Maybe if we were almighty mink ranchers we'd get a straight answer. Too bad we dont owe NAFA millions of dollars like they probably do. Instead they owe us money.

I wonder if the NAFA checks will be in Euros, if they're ever mailed.

Hopefully what will come of this in the short term is that the shippers owed money will now get paid. Hopefully in the long term NAFA will remain solvent.

Nothing for the free trapper here. They will sell NAFA's mink inventory, take their labels and anything else they need and NAFA will melt into the woodwork along with our money and fur left their. SAGA has no interest in wild fur......And the beat goes on. LLL
