The Nationals just don't go away and they are getting good results throughout the line up. The pressure is starting to show when little things like missing ground balls and throwing errors start showing up when players try to do too much. The Astros still have 9 outs and the Nationals weakest link is their BP.

I don't think Harper is too upset, he probably felt that he could take the Philies further but they died after the All Star game. Ethan is doing a great job in right taking Harper's spot. Players have to make choices 250 million plus or a chance to play in the big arena and he made his choice.

Looks like Houston’s weakest link is their starting pitching.

this will be over and done at the end of game 4. Astros cant hit a mule in the butt with a base fiddle.

Not so soon....no rings for just winning 2 games. I can remember watching my Red Sox in 2004.... down 0-3 to the Yankees in the ALCS...and we all remember how that ended !....But it sure is fun so far watching the Nats beat the bag off the Astros...

I was wrong again. It is not the Nationals' BP that caved it is the Astros BP. Too bad the Nationals have to wait, with their juices going now they would love to keep playing.

All I can say is, "The Nationals, who woulda thunk it?????"

I don't care how nice the hand soap smells, you should never walk out of the restroom sniffing your fingers.

I'm sure that after the Nats beat LA, they knew they could win it all. After sweeping the Cards, I thought a long rest might work against them being on a roll and all. Nope.

I agree. Beating the Dodgers had to be a real morale booster. I predicted the Yankees and the Dodgers in the WS.

When they swept the Cubs in Sept. I told a buddy of mine I wouldn't be surprised if they took it all the way they were playing. In those three games they played better than I'd see any team in a long time. Looks like I may have been right. Just two more games to go.
