Hey Adam!

We ate a little late tonight, but I whipped up some good stuff. I marinated and seared some tuna and whipped up a batch of homemade aioli with some of the girls' egg yolks and some Polish softneck garlic from Zim's garden last year! (Boy did that hold well over winter!)

On the side was the last of those cauliflower garlic mashers.

I also put together a salad with baby spinach, goat cheese and strawberries and toasted up some pecans and threw them in. Then I used some mashed strawberry juices and made a strawberry vinaigrette for dressing.

We are STUFFED!
grin

I hope you're having a great evening!

Fish sandwich and ham bean soup.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Adam that looks delicious!

Patrice and Nessmuck proving cooking is indeed an art as always.

West River Rogue bringing back childhood memories for me. My Navy dad stationed in Norfolk, VA. High concentration of philippine wives and children. Most my friends were. We were catholic so all the baptisms, first communions, etc. we got invited to had some great food. They were great but eating over at a buddies was when the real traditional food was served! Some scared me at first but once I tried it I was hooked!
