The first time ever that the visiting team has won the first 6 games of a world series. And if I recall correctly, the announcers said it is the first time it has ever happened in sports that have best of seven series to determine championships.
One more game, winner take all......
I just hope the umpires are not the headlines tomorrow!

Seems 7 games pays better then 4 games!  Players only get WS money from 4 games.
I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Seems 7 games pays better then 4 games! Players only get WS money from 4 games. Still has to be some gate money involved for every game you would think for the extra games! A buddy of mine worked at a game lodge here in Chamberlain and Ken Herbeck was out here hunting birds, he gave Ken some grief about why it took 7 games his reply was he made more money that way.

If one thinks that pressure does not affect even the best, rewatch Altuve's critical at bat in the 5th inning with men on 2nd and 3d and one out. I have seen him hit perhaps a hundred or more times but that whiff was unprecedented. He had to go after it the way the strike zone was floating around. lol
