I received this in an email from my hosting company. No date or time was given at this time.
In order to improve your experience, your service will be moved to our Total Server Solutions (TSS) flagship data center facility, ATL05, located in Marietta, Georgia. ATL05 offers more stringent security protocols and policies, rich interconnectivity and network resiliency, and has high power and cooling redundancies all of which ensure an unparalleled experience. At the new data center, you will enjoy: • Redundant cooling and power (N+1) • 5-tier security authentication including 24/7 onsite security and mantraps • Compliances: HIPAA, PCI • SSAE 18 Type II SOC Audits • Amenities: Wi-Fi, cellphone service, free and secure parking, breakroom and workstations
In order to minimize the impact this may have on your business we are taking every precaution to ensure that the migration occurs as quickly as possible. Our Facility Infrastructure team has already begun migration preparations at both sites and are immediately available to answer any questions you may have regarding preparation. During the migration our Total Server Solutions team will be available onsite to answer questions and to ensure a smooth, secure, and successful transition for your business. We will send you an email notice before your account is scheduled to be migrated, and we’ll send you a second notice once your account’s migration has been completed. Once we’ve sent you the second notice, we’ll ask that you test and review your environment— after all, you know your environment best! Migration updates will be provided via email and can also be viewed in our client portal, TCP. If we run into any service impacting issues or delays, our support staff will reach out to you directly via email or phone. Please ensure that your contact information is correct within TCP. If you have any questions regarding the migration, please contact us via email or TCP Support Ticket.
