Hello trapper friends, im doing some trading with a friend. He has a Remington model 7600 carbine, 30.06 caliber, with a fixed 4 x32 scope on it. The gun is in excellent condition with no signs of much use, and has wood stock and forearm. What say you on a fair price? Thanks

I have a 7600 pump in .30-06 I got from an uncle about 15 years ago. I love it, and I bet you will too.

My favorite gun shop has them all the time from around 4/500 depending on age and condition

Make sure you shoot it before you buy it. I see a bunch of them here.

Agreed. Here the 7600's only bring slightly more than a 760. I have seen lots of 760's sold for $300 especially right after deer season.

I would love to have either, a good one that is in .243.

have a 244 in one,i think we have 9 different calibers of the older 760's.the 222 is my favorite.

I have 7600 30 06 I love it
Very accurate. Trigger has a lot of creep, and the 3006 kinks like a mule
I put a muzzle break on mine now can watch the blood fly as bullets hit
Makes for a smooth second shot of needed


With out muzzle break you lose sight of target. 30 06 kicks

Happened to see this at the Whitetails Unlimited banquet tonight.

I think Remington made many in 35 whelen. I see many guys on the whelen Facebook group have 7600s in 35 whelen. Value is all over the place.
