Hello trapper friends, im doing some trading with a friend. He has a Remington model 7600 carbine, 30.06 caliber, with a fixed 4 x32 scope on it. The gun is in excellent condition with no signs of much use, and has wood stock and forearm. What say you on a fair price? Thanks

Fjested's Blue Book of gun values is your friend. Find a buddy with a copy , best reference out there.
Maybe someone on here has a current copy and may able to help. ( hint , hint )
Come on guys , somebody here must have a recent copy , mine are all over 10 years old.

They are a $500 rifle around here. My favorite gun shop has them all the time from around 4/500 depending on age and condition

All i can get for them here is 400.They are a tough sell. Central Wisconsin Agreed. Here the 7600's only bring slightly more than a 760. I have seen lots of 760's sold for $300 especially right after deer season.
I have nothing clever to put here.
