Does anybody have a list or map of the vendors that were at the convention this year? I can't remember the name of the vendor I bought some LaCrosse hip boots from. They were outside one of the buildings, on the west wall and sold Duke traps and Lacrosse boots.

Rest of the story, Muskrat. I bought a pair of hip boots and there is a leak in them at the sole to foot seam (2nd time wearing them). LaCrosse customer service told me to call the vendor.

If it was me, I'd put em back in the box with whatever receipt you got and return em next September to the same vendor.

And I would refrain from buying hip boots and waders from tailgaters. Fella is probably 100% upfront and honest, but I play the odds. Order from a big dealer that goes through inventory quickly.

That being said I order all my boots from Minnesota Trapline.

And that being said, it's a crap shoot now with Chinese made footwear. Vendors can only sell what is being made.

I'll call J&K and talk with them. It's my only pair of boots, kinda have to use them this year.

I don't remember getting a receipt and the box is gone to the recyclers.

I can see two spots in the seam that are not finished well, I am sure that is where the leak is.

I have heard about LaCrosse quality slipping since the move to China. Are there any American made hip boots?
