Well today is opening day for Virginia's trapping season and I'm off to the doctor to get the pacemaker checked almost time to get it replaced should find out today. Don't look like I will get to start trapping till end of December anyway taxidermy is been real busy trying to get caught up. Got a 2hr trip to the doctor today in Roanoke it's sad that we have to travel that far to get good doctors hear but its where the rest of my doctors are with the muscular dystrophy clinic so don't have much of a choice.

Bandy, I thought of you yesterday as I pulled a coyote out of a set baited with the "secret stuff."

I hope your appointment goes well and you're setting traps for those 'cats soon.

Opening day in Oregon too. It used to sit right up there with the opening for deer season for me.

Well I've got one year left on my battery will have to do checks every month till I get to 90 days of battery life and then they will set up the surgery. I haven't got to set any of the secret stuff yet been busy in the shop mounting animals but I am chomping at the bit to see how it works.

Bandy, we appreciate all you do for thfor VTA. Hope you will be able to start trapping soon, I’m sure taxidermy pays MUCH better than $10 Fox and Coyotes.....Lol

It was a little loud yesterday checking traps..... first day of rifle season!!!

Ya had a nice cat come in today for a lifesize mount and the profit margin will be a little better.

Are you going to have a January meeting this year. If I'm in NC I might try and get Bob to go to it with me.
