When I bought my license the cashier charged me for an Arkansas duck stamp that I didn't catch. Received my duck stamp about 3 weeks ago. Since I don't duck hunt I reckon I'm a duck stamp collector now.

I buy one every year, just the one I use for my license. I have considered buying a second and starting a collection that aren’t signed across the front.
Plus it’s a little extra for conservation.
