Just saw they have a route coming to Kansas. So nice to have another option. All of a sudden there are more buyers in my area then there has been in probably 20 years.

I think they need to double check and clarify their time schedule. I am guessing they don't realize that Tribune, and then Syracuse, are in the mountain time zone and that their next stop, Garden City, is in the central time zone. They show leaving Syracuse at 9:30am and getting to Garden City at 10:30am. It does take about an hour to drive that distance, but this doesn't take into account that 9:30 mountain time IS at the same time as 10:30 central time. So, unless they fix the schedule (or they drive REALLY, REALLY FAST), there could well be some folks that miss meeting up with them at some stops.

Lincoln Fur just made their first stop in Marion this afternoon. I haven't started yet but I stopped and watched him buy some fur and visited a bit with him.

I plan on taking fur to Lincoln Fur and Groenewold. Closest Lincoln gets to me is Enterprise. Groenewold has a stop about a mile from the house.
I’m just glad we have options.

Yep options are good. Danny Woodson, Melvern fur, bought mine last year. i debated shipping it but didn't want to fool with waiting etc., He offered me a fair price and I took it. Glad now I didnt ship. I shipped a bag of coons to FHA 10 or so years ago and was happy. After the NAFA fiasco, and now seeing that FHA is having NAFA people go over to them, remembering a few years ago when FHA moved everything to Canada from Seattle because the FBI had issued a bunch of warrants for over seas buyers, (price fixing, collusion) , I dont really have much confidence in FHA either. I dont know what kind of laws are in place in Canada but looks like bad checks and price fixing are fine with them.

Not sure. Today was only my second check, so I didn't have anything to take to Lincoln Furs when they came through. Surgery on my leg, and then a deep vein blood clot has really hampered my trapping comeback this year.

What was Lincoln fur paying for carcass coons? $3 only would buy ur coons if u had some coyotes to go with them. Said they weren't too interested in big run of coons.

Ive talked to them serval times but always end up backing out because they don’t buy many coons. Fur buyer buys furs and doesn’t cherry pick species. Not badmouthing them I’m just stubborn that way. I’m glad they come through here and they seem like great guys. I may take a few coyotes and have them price them when I start getting after it. Jtrapper I’m the same way. Have 3 big buyers within 40 minutes of my house now. Glad Groenewold is stopping close by.
