Yes and what is sad , EVERYTIME a company goes thru something like this it will come out that executives ALL will walk away with big fat bonus/ severance pay days. I have no idea how the system works. It just seems odd to me that they can owe a mink rancher over a million dollars. The fact that there is many mink ranchers that they owe a lot of money too. Could that be what was sold at the last sale? That seems like a lot of mink to get sold at one time.

If you read the court documents filed in Canada you will see the head honchos [is that a word] are pretty well taken care of.

I see the fur company I started on there for 13 k I bet they have piles of unsold fur there yet.

Lots of small fur buyers are on that list, probably going to hurt some of them more than a little.
What I don't understand is; if fur is being sent to them to sell, and they are just the middle men, then does that mean they spent someone else's money?
I thought they were just suppose to take a commission off the top. How did they end up taking all of it? Shouldn't that be a crime, or was I missing the small print somewhere?

In my book it is a crime and I'll bet when the ancestry started in those days the king and jester would be in the gallows or worse
