I was looking to upgrade to a decent upper vice block. As I look on the net it is apparent that there are many variations to chose from. I like to have the best tools available for a task so am looking to those of you with experience for advice on what make and model is the most efficient for the money, easy to use, and can take the torque of installing or removing barrel nuts. Thanks

This is what I use, never use an upper vice block.

Watch the video and you will see how well it works. Great for putting on flash hiders too.

I just use the Brownells vise block. You dont need the fancy aluminum ones. I have taken a few hundred barrels off and hey work fine. Just get a good barrel nut wrench.
