So I have a few dirt hole sets in a couple different areas with good yote sign bout 18" around em. I have tried a couple different techniques including adding urine to some. The yotes just are not getting any closer to commit. They also have a couple different baits in a couple of em. It's been 3 weeks any they just won't commit.
Any suggestions?

Are they well blended? Sometimes coyotes are shy about a flashy set.

Something I learned from a recent trapping school: they may only come within a couple feet of your attractor. But, they’re showing you where to put your trap to catch them.

Try some pipe dream sets. Due to extremely wet conditions this year, I had to use it. Using plastic pipe pounded into the ground, the ‘yotes worked at pulling it out and had to pull from several directions. Only one canine caught in these sets wasn’t caught deep meaning almost all were caught above the pad. They really worked what was in the pipe.

Yes they are well blended, kinda sandy soil next to sagebrush.
& I'll have to see about moving the traps to where they're walking. Have used pipe in the past with luck using gland on the back edge with bait in but on another post here said no gland so i guess I'm back to square one on that too.

probably bought bad "urine". if the coyotes are 18 inches away there is a problem with your attractors

If you can see they are walking 18in. Around your sets try blind setting a few traps around your sets. If they back off even further away this will show you maybe your traps have become contaminated. If you end up hooking up on the picky coyote in the blind set then like said above the bait and lures you are using are likely not attractive to them. You can also try just using a natural type bait no lure. I've had good results with catching tricky coyotes on nothing more then a fresh dirt hole with a fresh mouse or chunk of rabbit down the hole.

I agree with Danny and the hammer, coyotes are scavengers, they like meat but will also eat everything that is in season. Try and find some scat and dissect it, that will tell you what they are eating. The coyote turds here a month ago we’re full of apples, wild plums, grass hoppers, crickets, and corn. Now that harvest is nearly wrapped up, the bugs are dead, and the fruits all gone, I’m finding more meat, bones and hair in their turds. Fresh baits can work wonders if you know you’re on location. A couple other options I’ve had luck with are fish and sweeter coon baits.

I have had coyotes scratch or at least leave a paw print on an exposed jaw I left it alone and couple days later had one waiting on me.
The first time it happened I was rushed to set and didn't take the time to remake set.
This week I have had one set exposed three morning so this morning I didn't reset it just left it as it was see what happens in the morning.

We'll see if my pic posted but this is what I have for turds near my sets. 4 different shapes, sizes etc. & i can't set as this new toilet on a road. And we're in a desert and I can't figure out what seeds they are.

So the top one definitely has some seeds of some sort, the lower one probably has some bugs and fur I’d bet. So if they have moved off the fruit then either natural bait or a curiosity lure will be the next thing to try.

Not sure how much lure and/or bait you're using, but do know sometimes less is more. If they're approaching the set 18 inches away, they could be getting their curiosity satisfied without committing to go in closer.

The top one is the newest. Will check in on it today for any changes.
I use a dab of lure bout pea size & bait is usually a teaspoonish.
