Wolfdog91 OP trapper Joined: Jul 2013 Posts: 11,887 Amite county Mississippi	For all the Mississippi guys wanted to know if any of y'all traped the homochitto forest ? Been trying to trap the southern section down by gloster but haven't had much luck. Not to mention only thing I can run is dps due to the dog hunters. They say the section I'm trying is loaded with coon but I can't find a track in almost text book locations.For anyone trapping this are is this normal or am I just Inna dead location?

Some individuals use statistics as a drunk man uses lamp-posts — for support rather than for illumination. I'm in the middle of the Homochitto NF on Brinkley Rd but trap private land but around the forest from what I have seen is if the public land is near private land they will move close to the private during deer season due to the amount of corn feeders going off on private land.
