Yikes! I think you could have gotten a lot more. But glad you’re happy! $100 for a raccoon is nice.

Check to see if has a pocket or two, it looks like a grinner/coon cross.lol
Neat to see the range of colors, sizes etc. in species we commonly harvest.

Cool looking, seen albino and cinnamon, but never one like that.

If you and your trapping buddy are happy with the price, that is fine. I personally think you could have gotten more if you had shopped it around.

I’m thinking that $30.00 isnt much to ship a carcass raccoon. It could cost a lot more to pack it right and ship it.

Good Luck.

Yes, I caught one about 10 years ago. It took me a while to figure out that "she" didn't have a mask. I probably got $2.00 for the hide and $8.00 for the meat. I didn't even take a pic.

This time of year when its not hot shipping froze is not a big deal. Buy a styrofoam cooler for a container. Use lots of newspaper. Over night it. Rare stuff like that can surprise you what it will bring.

I would have kept that thing alive and donated him to Bass Pro or a Zoo or something.
