In this location I get lots of fox, coon squirrels and deer...

The fallen down log that the fox is standing by and hops over is about 18" above the walking surface....

In the very beginning of the video something walks by on the far side of the log, I kinda am leaning toward a small dear with spike horns? After whatever it is passes by the fox hops the log in its direction...

No video before or after this one giving me any clues... If it is a deer it seems awful low to the ground...

Any guesses (I'm almost certain it's not a castrated pig!!!)...

I would guess it’s a spike buck that’s actually farther back in the frame than it appears. There could also be a depression that it’s traveling through. Without actually looking at the spot that’s difficult to say.

Definitely a spike deer.

Stand or walk right where the deer did and see what you look like in a video. Might surprise you.

The deer looks to be proportionally long enough to be normal sized. I am going with a depression back there.

Another vote for a deer, further back than it appears at first glance. In my experience, bucks often take the low ground.

The fox is way closer to the camera than the deer and these cameras exaggerate perspective.Unless they both stand on the same spot, you cannot get a fair comparison.
