A few years ago I bought a "Life Membership Package" from Dan & Guy Fitzgerald....

The deal Cost $200.00 and was for an Anual shipment before hunting season. Every year for Life I was to recieve Their new movie

There was more to the Lifetime package.

A couple years my Box Arrived on time fine, then after a while I had to call and ask for it to be shipped.

Then like 3 years ago I got a phone call from Guy Fitzgerald he said they Ended the original Lifetime Package deal...just Ended it !!!! I Told him they couldnt do that I had bought A $200.00 deal that they had offered. They just took down the deal off of their website.
.. So he cut a deal with me for an anual "Gift box" The lures , hat and call or something like that. 2 years Guy mailed my AMMENDED package. this year I got a Text from Guy saying he was authorizing my new deal package early for Bow season. NOTHING , I texted him several times with him saying it was On the way.
I have quit texting after Archery and Rifle season passed. I have called his Personal phone number and left messages a half dozen times.
So Now I'M Quite miffed but have no Idea how to get Them to Ship my paid for package.

send me 200 dollars and i'll see what i can do.

I have heard many stories just like yours from the Fitzgeralds. A bunch of scammers. I don't know what action you can take besides spreading the word and warning others.

NORTH AMERICAN HUNTING CLUB! Got lots of life memberships. Mine included. magazine once a month and get to "field test" items. The field test stuff was at best worth $5 - and that's a stretch. Then a few years ago - no magazine. Got bought out by some bunch. I learned my lesson. No more life memberships. No more pay to be part of a group. I will stay with the T -Man crew. Good ol boys who tell you what they think and the way it is. Just good down home folks who care about what matters. Just my humble opinion. Remember, no body cares more about your money than you do!!

Ole Dan has another “Lifetime” deal going on now, just got an email, lol.

Buyer beware

Get ahold of the better business bureau and the attny generals office.They don't mess around,and WILL take care of it.Make sure to tell them that they cancelled you,,but are now offering new ones.They will get a smack down.

Got this off the better business bureau site, you got off easy compared to some of these people. Sounds like they are just scammers.

Guy Fitzgerald took $1,500 from us electronically after the promise of a hunt, Matthews Bow, and items for my grandson. Three months later, nothing promised was delivered. Excuses of sick baby, sick mother, lost phone, "it's on its way", "it'll be there next week". They pretend to be men of faith and ask for your prayers. They are scamming people. They have no integrity and should not be sponsored by reputable companies.

Well unfortunately you can't give a negative "star", so it's a low as you can give. This company is nothing more than a complete fraud and they are simply looking to steal your money. I have 4 different orders with them that they will not fill nor will they give me my money back. They stalled long enough, that it's past disputing on a credit card. There is no way to get in touch with them either as they will not answer the phone. And their voice mail box is full as it has been for months. They will not ever return an email either. And if you message them on FaceBook, you get blocked. Guy did call me once, about my complaint and gave me the whole pity party story and promised to make it right. Well, guess what? He lied about that too and now he won't even take a text or call on his so called "private phone" number. Stay away folks they are only out to steal from you. And as you can see, this is their normal mode of operations as of late. Simple thieves and complete frauds people.

I placed an order on Aug 11, 2018. Never received it. Contacted them numerous times an they would say we will mail it this week. We'll never got it. After about 8 times of them promising to mail it, I filed a complaint. Come to find out they have numerous complaints about people never receiving their order. I will not do business with them again because of the lies an false promises. Save your money people.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are that bad. Ordered deer dander in November 2018. They had stock on shelves. Never got product. Tried contacting several times over a couple months. Never got response. My card was charged though. Finally had to file a complaint with PayPal to get my money back. Even after six months I have never heard back.

Team ********** is AWFUL!!!! Same old story I'v Been reading here. Terrible! If I knew all this I would have NEVER ordered anything from them! I too have orders totaling over 100.00 137 to be exact. lol I was really concerned about getting the packages in time for Christmas! lol here it is almost April. What A Joke!! *** and his good Son Guy. Tell folks how their products really work and they'll get it out to you right away. They collect the money like criminals, pocket your money, then laugh all the way to the bank because we can't do anything but whine about it. I wish the law would get involved. I'v never been ripped off so in your face like this in my life. I see i'm not the only one! Sad that this can happen in today's world.

I'm out over 100 dollars at this point with my first order placed back in early November. Was sent a partial order with other items I didn't order. Been told over 5 times my other two orders were "on the way". Now today, after making a comment on one of their posts about my experience, I'm blocked. If I have to lose my hard earned money, am I expected to say, oh well??? I would just like to get what I ordered and will move on to another supplier. I've never had customer service issues like this in my life and I'm over 60.

I ordered their combo pack of scents a DVD and a Killin Hat in December. Today is March 13th and still have nothing. 1 x ULTIMATE PRE RUT & RUT SCENT & KILLIN HAT & DVD PACKAGE $39.99 which 45.98 was taken from my account. I have emailed their customer service with no response. I politely contacted them via PM on Facebook asking for an update on my order on Feb 6th. I have had no response. Order has been processing since the beginning iof December. Being a fan since a kid and a Veteran of the Military I can say that I am truly disappointed in this company. If you need money start a go fund me don't steal from customers

Terrible Business. ordered DVD last Nov. and multiple times they told me its on its way. never got it. Then won a drawing of a Cabelas Gift Card, They even posted on FB along with another guy who won early Jan. Never got that either and neither did the other guy. They keep saying no need to private message them anymore because everything has gone out. They should be shut down for scamming.

Sorry about your experience... I wrote, I think on here, about an experience I had over the internet. The company said they couldn't help me so it teed me off and I contacted the Federal Communication Commission through their online site. I filed a complaint through an online form and then later talked with someone on the phone. The moral of the story is they stepped in and went after the company and gave them 30 days to get things straightened with me and take care of my problem.

Two weeks later the problem was handled by a contact from one of the companies managers. The company then had to reply back to the FCC by the end of the 30 days. I received a copy of letter from company to FCC and then, I received an email from FCC asking me if I was satisfied with cooperation I got from the company and I replied yes. This is when I called the FCC to personally thank them. The said that is what they are there for. Any dealing or purchases, or fraud against you by mail, or email or internet falls under their jurisdiction.

S, I think in your case, I would contact the FCC and tell them you story, and you can also submit other evidence like emails, purchase receipts, or anything else pertinent to your case. Just google FederalTradeCommission.gov They also told me they when Someone makes a purchase or is paying for a service, originated, by internet or mail, they forward a copy of the complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.

I doesn't cost anything, except a little time and you may end up getting at some of your $200 back. That is what we pay their salaries for... and they seem to be one Federal agency that will cooperate with the general public.
