I have heard many stories just like yours from the Fitzgeralds. A bunch of scammers. I don't know what action you can take besides spreading the word and warning others.

Get ahold of the better business bureau and the attny generals office.They don't mess around,and WILL take care of it.Make sure to tell them that they cancelled you,,but are now offering new ones.They will get a smack down.

Well unfortunately you can't give a negative "star", so it's a low as you can give. This company is nothing more than a complete fraud and they are simply looking to steal your money. I have 4 different orders with them that they will not fill nor will they give me my money back. They stalled long enough, that it's past disputing on a credit card. There is no way to get in touch with them either as they will not answer the phone. And their voice mail box is full as it has been for months. They will not ever return an email either. And if you message them on FaceBook, you get blocked. Guy did call me once, about my complaint and gave me the whole pity party story and promised to make it right. Well, guess what? He lied about that too and now he won't even take a text or call on his so called "private phone" number. Stay away folks they are only out to steal from you. I'm out over 100 dollars at this point with my first order placed back in early November. Was sent a partial order with other items I didn't order. Been told over 5 times my other two orders were "on the way". Now today, after making a comment on one of their posts about my experience, I'm blocked. If I have to lose my hard earned money, am I expected to say, oh well??? I would just like to get what I ordered and will move on to another supplier. I've never had customer service issues like this in my life and I'm over 60.

Terrible Business. ordered DVD last Nov. and multiple times they told me its on its way. never got it. Then won a drawing of a Cabelas Gift Card, They even posted on FB along with another guy who won early Jan. Never got that either and neither did the other guy. They keep saying no need to private message them anymore because everything has gone out. They should be shut down for scamming.

Sorry about your experience... I wrote, I think on here, about an experience I had over the internet. The company said they couldn't help me so it teed me off and I contacted the Federal Communication Commission through their online site. I filed a complaint through an online form and then later talked with someone on the phone. The moral of the story is they stepped in and went after the company and gave them 30 days to get things straightened with me and take care of my problem.
Two weeks later the problem was handled by a contact from one of the companies managers. The company then had to reply back to the FCC by the end of the 30 days. I received a copy of letter from company to FCC and then, I received an email from FCC asking me if I was satisfied with cooperation I got from the company and I replied yes. This is when I called the FCC to personally thank them. The said that is what they are there for. Any dealing or purchases, or fraud against you by mail, or email or internet falls under their jurisdiction.
S, I think in your case, I would contact the FCC and tell them you story, and you can also submit other evidence like emails, purchase receipts, or anything else pertinent to your case. Just google FederalTradeCommission.gov They also told me they when Someone makes a purchase or is paying for a service, originated, by internet or mail, they forward a copy of the complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.
I doesn't cost anything, except a little time and you may end up getting at some of your $200 back. That is what we pay their salaries for... and they seem to be one Federal agency that will cooperate with the general public.
