32,000 acre ranch in South Dakota just sold for $12,345,689. I was just wondering which Tman member bought it? Here is the link if you guys are interested in seeing what 12 million bucks gets you.

For that much I’m betting the guy who outbid me got the full mineral rights. With those it may be a steal.

That’s actually cheap. Know of a 2500ac plantation for $8million. But that’s turn key with all equipment and ready to hunt.

Craziest thing looking at the land origination paperwork going back it listed 3 natives, then 4 tribes, then 2 cultures the oldest being Clovis then the first homesteader some White17 fella.

Me and my dad were thinking about it, but we’re looking for something bigger.

Some places can be rather baron out West in places requiring more acres per animal feeding on it. $385 would be a steal around here closer to $3,000 here per acre.

Actually I was right there the last week of October. I looked it over but decided it was too small for an efficient operation and the whitetails and turkeys were too numerous to work around
