I was at the Groeny stop in Ishpeming last night. I didn’t even show him my mink, beaver and Rats. I sent a text to Trevor and he gave me a call. Trevor is a top notch guy. Yes, he’s a fur buyer and he needs to make money too. I felt Groeny was taking advantage of people last night. I know mink are really cheap right now. I saw him give $2 for female and $3 for males. Sorry, that’s taking advantage of people’s hard work. They averaged $6 at the MTPCA auction last weekend. Anyway, Trevor takes the time to actually look at each fur you bring. He actually grades them. Groeny has an average in mind and doesn’t stray too far from that. I don’t believe they actually grade each one.

Sold to him at Atlanta Michigan 12-16-19 evening. Had nine putup beaver. I thought maybe ten dollars each the way people have been talking. Had 3 for 28 each

I sold to trevor the past two years and I was very happy with him. He’s a great guy and is very fair. I drive two hours to his shop. I enjoy making the trip. Sit there and BS with him and the kids that he has working on fur. And he also has a shop with a full inventory of trapping needs. I look forward to making the trip again this year
