Stalked and shot two big old males about 2 miles apart. The smart old females got lucky, I nearly shot all four. I shot second male around 4:30, took almost an hour to crawl last 3-400 yards. He was way out in the open, used low spots and hills to get closer, toughest stalk I did in a couple years.

It works good usually, I tried it before he laid out there, I was in position squeaked to her , she looked but didn't stand up, I bleated like a deer, a couple times she got up and started to leave, I took a shot, missed, stood up and the big male jumped out into the open at 70 yds, I missed that shot too, lol fudged the running shot, he was probably coming, I couldn't see him. So I saw him bed down, figured he might spook if I called
