Ditchdiver OP trapper D Joined: Jul 2016 Posts: 3,141 Michigan	Anyone have a guesstimate on the value of this trap, or any information about it? All help is appreciated. Tony The stamping on the spring is pretty worn, but looks to read, "Newhouse Onieda Community, N.Y". When life gets me down..... you know hunting/trapping season is closed.

With the chain swivel hooked to the base and cast tooth jaws, it would be the later slick pan model. Trap Collectors Guide dates it around 1863-65..... It looks to be all complete and unmessed with....
