Any of you Wyoming residents have much luck gardening? Asking for a friend. My farming sister moved to Wyoming to hunt big game in wilderness conditions. Our family always has gardens, or a farm, and when she arrived there ten years ago, the individual 'farms' were the size of entire eastern counties. So she tried a garden. They ended up eating a lot of big game without home grown vegetables

I think poor soil, heat and wind would be factors to put up with, compost will help soil, probably gypsum too,

When I was a kid we lived between thermopolis and worland. We had a huge garden, and it did very well.
