I planned to have my house paid by the time I was 50 . I knew even I though was in pretty good physical condition that would be pushing it for me . I figured if the house was paid I could justify spending that kind of money . I came up a little short on the 50 but I still had it paid by the time I was 51 The only problem than was The company I worked for over 33 years went out of business . Now I was starting a new job with less salary and no vacation time . I should have just went because that company went out of business also and I would have been better off than and now had I never taken a job there to start with. Another go round on unemployment followed by health issues that I still deal with every day put an end to the plan I had .For all of you posting here on this subject my advice is do it as soon as you can while you can Yes sir, I can relate. I never thought I'd be a gimp in my 50's. Do what is your dreams even if you can just barely afford it. Because there may come a time when even if you have the money, your body says no.
I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

330 or Waggler. Does his guiding business have a website or someplace with info? A BIG BEAR is on my bucket list, and I'm running out of time. Sorry Grumpa for not answering you earlier. I was outside all day. Mark Wagner. (Waggler on here) is the Greatest! If you PM him he could tell you about his Hunts and Guiding.... Mine was planned out for 5 years so I could Save the money. The Hunt was my Bucket list #1. I went all in after a Stroke and recovery. Mark planned out a specialized hunt for me as I have 1 carotid artery left and couple other issues post recovery. What w. Side rd. 151 said ^^^ IS SO- VERY TRUE!!!

Stone sheep or African plains game most likely will never happen but I can't complain. I live in a awesome state and have shot most available game animals.
