I was just told our three daughters their husbands and 4 grandsons are coming over for a night of food, drink, cards, pool and karaoke!
Can't remember the last time I made it up till 12:00. What are you doing?

Going to have to take a nap if I want to stay up. Good to have the kids over though.

I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

I get to start setting a new place New Year’s Day, so I’ll be in bed early and up at daylight...just like every other day. Except Christmas Eve...with a little one back in our lives we have a lot to do to get ready for Santa!

Unless I find a good movie, I'll likely be in bed by 10PM

Having a small get together. I have a nice spread planned. Smoked salmon, cheese tray, cheese fondue with homemade soft pretzel bites, smoked pulled pork, homemade kraut, Peel and eat shrimp cooked in beer, deviled eggs and a veggie tray. Will toast the New Year with my homemade Champagne. wink

Diane and I will stay here. We will watch the ball drop in Times Square, but not the crap before hand. We will join in on the final countdown and kiss at midnight. We will toast the New Years with some Brothers Drake Meadery Blackjack that my brother Nick gave me for Christmas. I'll probably kiss the 4 inside dogs, 1 of the cats and my coyote on the forehead and wish them a Happy New Year too. I will pray for a better year and pray to be a better person.

This is my 50th New Year's Eve. I don't remember ever going anywhere for New Years.

Keith

Stragglers are welcome. You have to show your Republican party voter registration at the door though. grin

Gonna celebrate with my brother. He will be 50 tomorrow. His wife is having a catered dinner from a local Mexican joint.

Should be good , but I doubt I make it to midnight
